The Environment

Coating Technology and the Environment
For today's coating technology, ecological concerns come first.

Any coating technology is necessarily part of the material cycles of the environment, both in terms of process technology as well as the products themselves. Coating processes always result in waste water pollution or - and this involves considerable technical effort - substances are converted to concentrates and solids to be deposited. Either approach will result in ground water pollution.

RASANT-ALCOTEC's modern production facilities were optimized according to the most recent ecological research. There is no waste water emerging from the system; besides, powerful condensing systems make it possible to recover process solutions once they have been used.

Coatings produced by the RASANT-ALCOTEC procedure have no environmental impact, they are easily recycled and highly biocompatible.

This is our active contribution to environmental protection efforts.
